A lot of research work has been carried out on sealing structure, buffer structure, mechanical structure and coating technology according to the special working conditions of excavator cylinders. A uniquely designed sealing system is adopted, and the seals are all imported seals. The cylinder barrel is processed by scraping rollers, which has excellent smoothness and size accuracy, ensuring the high performance of the cylinder. The surface of the piston rod adopts the process of plating a composite chromium layer after quenching, which not only greatly enhances the ability of the piston rod to resist injuries, but also ensures that the piston is protected.
